This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all subscriptions purchased through DecodeTrade. By subscribing to any paid plan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this policy.

Subscription Plans
Free Plan
- 10 trades per month
- Basic analytics
- No payment required
- Can be used indefinitely
Pro Plan - ₹399/month
- Unlimited trades
- AI trade analysis
- Pattern detection
- Weekly AI reviews
- Advanced analytics
- Priority support
Billing Cycle
- Pro Plan: Billed monthly on a recurring basis
- Billing Date: Your subscription will renew automatically on the same date each month
- Payment Method: Processed securely through Razorpay
- Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled before the renewal date
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard:
- Log in to your DecodeTrade account
- Go to Dashboard → Billing
- Click on "Manage Subscription"
- Select "Cancel Subscription"
Alternatively, email us at decodetrade.ai@gmail.com with your registered email address and we will process your cancellation within 24-48 hours.
- Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period
- You will retain access to Pro features until the end of your paid period
- After the billing period ends, your account will automatically downgrade to the Free plan
- No charges will be made after cancellation
To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription before your renewal date. Cancellations made after the renewal date will not be refunded for that billing cycle.
Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time Pro plan subscribers:
- If you are not satisfied with the Pro plan, request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase
- This guarantee applies only to your first payment
- Renewal payments are not eligible for refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method
✅ Eligible for Refund:
- First-time Pro subscription within 7 days of payment
- Technical issues preventing access to Pro features (verified by our team)
- Duplicate payments or billing errors
- Service unavailability for more than 48 consecutive hours
❌ Not Eligible for Refund:
- Renewal payments (monthly recurring charges)
- Refund requests after 7 days of initial purchase
- Change of mind after the 7-day period
- Failure to cancel before renewal date
- Subscriptions that have been previously refunded
- Violation of our Terms of Service
To request a refund:
- Email us at decodetrade.ai@gmail.com
- Include your registered email address
- Include your Razorpay payment ID or transaction number
- Provide a brief reason for your refund request
We will review your request within 24-48 hours and respond via email. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
Pro-rated Refunds
DecodeTrade does not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months of service. If you cancel your subscription mid-cycle, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period, but no refund will be issued for the unused portion.
Payment Processing
- All payments are processed securely through Razorpay
- We do not store your credit card or payment information on our servers
- Payment details are encrypted and handled by Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure
- Accepted payment methods: Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, and Wallets
Failed Payments
If your subscription renewal payment fails:
- We will attempt to process the payment again within 24 hours
- You will receive an email notification about the failed payment
- If payment fails after 3 attempts, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan
- You can reactivate your Pro subscription at any time by updating your payment method
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of DecodeTrade after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
