User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must:

  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Promptly update any information that becomes inaccurate

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Subscriptions & Payments

Free Plan

Limited to 10 trades per month with basic features.

Pro Plan (₹399/month)

Unlimited trades, AI analysis, pattern detection, and priority support.

Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Transmit harmful code or malware
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
  • Share your account credentials with others

DecodeTrade is NOT financial advice.

  • The Service provides trade journaling and analytical tools only
  • AI insights are for educational and informational purposes
  • We do not recommend specific trades or investment decisions
  • We never connect to your broker account or access your funds
  • Trading involves substantial risk of loss
  • Past performance does not guarantee future results
  • You are solely responsible for your trading decisions

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of DecodeTrade. Our trademarks may not be used without prior written consent.

You retain ownership of your trading data. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use your data solely for providing and improving our services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DecodeTrade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or trading losses, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
